Information for Participants

QR Code Required

A QR code will be sent by email to each participant, children included (legal guardian's email). It will be mandatory to scan it before the start at the information and late registration point, as well as at the finish. After each completed 5km loop, the loop will be counted. (Participants receive a rubber band at the checkpoint. The number of rubber bands will be scanned at the final exit of the course.)

This system will allow tracking the number of people on the course and counting the kilometers covered as part of our contest.

The start and finish are located at Hesper Park, near the Centre Nicolas Braun. The run and walk take place without timing. The goal is to share a sporting and supportive moment, everyone at their own pace.

The trail consists of two parts: after completing the first 5 km, you can either stop or continue on a second 5 km section.

The route is the same for runners and walkers.

If you want to challenge yourself, you can complete both routes as many times as you want and accumulate kilometers for our contest.

The kids run takes place in the park: one loop for 500 m and two loops for 1000 m depending on age.

No cups will be provided: please bring a reusable cup and everything you need to stay hydrated throughout the course.

A refreshment point (water, fruit, bars) is located at kilometer 5, which corresponds to the start location and checkpoint to section 2 (and the finish area).

For safety reasons, walkers are asked to stay on the right side of the course when encountering runners, and runners should overtake on the left. All participants must strictly observe the side of the road as well as the instructions of the organizers. Due to the nature of the terrain, access to the trail with strollers is strictly prohibited.

Health & Responsibility

Each participant certifies being in good physical condition and participates at their own risk. The organizer declines all responsibility in case of incident.
