As part of the registration, we collect: Last name, first name, date of birth, address, nationality, email address, phone number (emergency contact). For minors additionally: guardian data.

Your data is used exclusively for: Organization and execution of the event, communication regarding the event, participant safety (emergency contact), creation of participant lists.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Data Recipients
Your data will not be shared with third parties. The data is used exclusively by the TRAIL of LIFE organization team.
6. Retention Period
Your data will be deleted after completion of the event and fulfillment of all related obligations, but no later than 12 months.

You have the right to: Access your stored data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of your consent.
